次氯酸钠作为根管冲洗液的研究进展

目前国内在根管治疗中,多交替使用体积分数为3%的过氧化氢溶液和生理盐水冲洗根管,但此方法存在许多缺陷。次氯酸钠因有较强的杀菌性及组织溶解性,在国外普遍应用于根管冲洗中,但由于它具有较强的刺激性和腐蚀性,而国内尚未普遍应用橡皮障,因此限制了次氯酸钠在国内的应用。本文就次氯酸钠作为根管冲洗液的研究进展作一综述。

Advances on sodium hypochlorite solution used as root canal irrigation

There are many defects in the alternating use of 3% hydrogen peroxide and saline during and afterroot canal instrumentation here in most of hospital in China. Sodium hypochlorite(NaClO) is widely used abroadin endodontics because of its strong antimicrobial action and tissue solvent activity. However, NaClO is also a tissue irritant and a toxic agent, and rubber dam is not widely used in China which has deterred its use. This paper reviews the research process in aspects of NaClO used as root canal irrigation which could contribute to popularize its domestic clinical application.
