臣功再欣与小儿速效感冒片治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的比较

目的：比较臣功再欣与小儿速效感冒片治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染（ＵＲＩ）的疗效。方法：小儿急性ＵＲＩ１２０例，随机分为２组，臣功再欣组６０例（男性３３例，女性２７例；年龄４±ｓ３ａ）给予臣功再欣（＜３ａ１／３包，３～６ａ１／２包，＞６ａ１包，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，连用３～５ｄ）；小儿速效感冒片（简称感冒片）组６０例（男性３２例，女性２８例；年龄５±４ａ）给予感冒片治疗（＜１ａ２／３片，１～２ａ１片，＞２～４ａ１１３片，＞４～６ａ１１２片，＞６～９ａ２片，＞９ａ２１２片，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，连用３～５ｄ）。结果：臣功再欣组总有效率（９０％）高于感冒片组（７２％），Ｐ＜０．０１。结论：臣功再欣治疗小儿急性ＵＲＩ疗效优于感冒片。

Chen_gong_zai_xin vs Xiao_er_su_xiao_gan_mao_pian in treating pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infections

AIM: To compare the effects of Chen_gong_zai_xin (CGZX) (one sachet contains zinc gluconate 100 mg, ibuprofen 150 mg, chlorphenamine maleate 2 mg) with Xiao_er_su_xiao_gan_mao_pian (GMP) (one tablet contains paracetamol 75 mg, artificial calculus bovis 4.5 mg, chlorphenamine maleate 1 mg) in treating pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infections (URI). METHODS: One hundred and twenty children with acute URI were divided into 2 groups randomly. CGZX group of 60 children were treated with CGZX (<3 a 1/3 sachet, 3_6 a 1/2 sachet, >6 a 1 sachet, po, tid, for 3_5 d). GMP group of 60 children were treated with GMP (<1 a 2/3 tablet, 1_2 a 1 tablet, 3_4 a 113 tablet, 5_6 a 112 tablet, 7_9 a 2 tablets, >9 a 212tablet,po,tid,for 3_5 d). RESULTS:The total effective rate in the former group (90%) was higher than that in the later group (72%),P<0.01. CONCLUSION:CGZX is superior to GMP in treating pediatric acute URI.
