小剂量肝素钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效

目的：了解小剂量肝素钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛（ＵＡＰ）的作用。方法：ＵＡＰ７１例分为２组，对照组３５例（男性２３例，女性１２例；年龄５７±ｓ７ａ）用常规治疗，包括硝酸异山梨酯１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，加５％葡萄糖注射液２５０ｍＬ＋能量合剂１支＋１０％氯化钾５ｍＬ，静脉滴注，ｑｄ共１５ｄ；治疗组３６例（男性２２例，女性１４例；年龄５８±８ａ）与对照组同样用常规治疗１５ｄ，加用肝素钙７５００Ｕ，ｓｃ，ｑｄ共５ｄ或１０ｄ。结果：缓解心绞痛有效率、起效（减轻）天数和消失天数，对照组与治疗组比较，依次为５７％与９２％，５．５±２．５ｄ与２．５±０．５ｄ，１１．４±１．５ｄ与６．１±１．５ｄ（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）；后者且有改善高凝状态及心肌缺血，提高心功能作用，副作用少。结论：小剂量肝素钙治疗ＵＡＰ安全有效

Effect of small dose of heparin calcium for unstable angina

AIM: To study the effect of small dose of heparin calcium in treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UAP). METHODS: Seventy-one patients with UAP were divided into 2 groups. Thirty_five patients in the control group (M 23, F 12; age 57±s 7 a) were routinely treated with isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg, po, tid, and 5% glucose injection 250 mL, energy mixture plus 10% potassium chloride 5 mL, iv, gtt, qd for 15 d. The other thirty_six patients in the treatment gorup (M 22, F 14; age 58±8 a) were supplemented with injection heparin calcium 7500 U, sc, qd for 5_10 d besides the routine treatments. RESULTS: The effective rate, the angina relieving and disappearing days were 92%, 2.5±0.5 d and 6.1±1.5 d, respectivey in the treatment group 57%, 5.5±2.5 d, and 11.4±1.5 d, respectively for the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). In the treatment group, hypercoagulability, myocardial ischemia, and heart function were all improved with less side_effect. CONCLUSION: heparin calcium is safe and effective for UAP.
