氟桂利嗪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

目的：探索氟桂利嗪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法：６０例糖尿病周围神经病变病人随机分为２组，治疗组３０例（男性１８例，女性１２例；年龄４６±ｓ１３ａ）用氟桂利嗪１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｎ，２ｗｋ后剂量减半；对照组３０例（男性１９例，女性１１例，年龄４６±１２ａ）用维生素Ｂ１１００ｍｇ及维生素Ｂ１２０．５ｍｇ，ｉｍ，ｑｄ，山莨菪碱３０ｍｇ及维生素Ｂ６５００ｍｇ加入０．９％氯化钠注射液２５０ｍＬ，ｉｖ，ｄｒｉｐ，ｑｄ，疗程均为４ｗｋ。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为９３％及７０％（Ｐ＞０．０５），但治疗组起效时间较对照组要早（Ｐ＜０．０５），氟桂利嗪不良反应轻。结论：氟桂利嗪是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变较为有效的药物。

Treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathies with flunarizine

AIM: To observe the efficacy of flunarizine in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathies. METHODS: Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathies were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treated group (M 18, F 12, age 46±s 13 a) received flunarizine 10 mg, po, qn for 2 wk, then 5 mg, po, qn for 2 wk; the control group (M 19, F 11, age 46±12 a) received vitamin B 1 100 mg and vitamin B 12 0.5 mg, im, qd for 4 wk, anisodamin 30 mg and vitamin B 6 500 mg in 250 mL of saline iv, gtt for 4 wk. RESULTS: The total response rates were 93% in the treated group, and 70% in the control group (P>0.05). The onset of effect was earlier in the total response patients of treated group (P< 0.05). Adverse reaction of flunarizine was slight. CONCLUSION: Flunarizine is an effective and safe drug in the therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathies.
