| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较谷维素注射液和片剂治疗自主神经功能紊乱的疗效。方法 :将 73例自主神经功能紊乱病人 (男性 36例 ,女性 37例 ;年龄 38±s 9a)分为 2组 :谷维素注射组 (A组 ,n =37)深部肌内注射谷维素 ,4 0mg ,qd× 30d ;谷维素片组 (B组 ,n =36)口服谷维素 ,2 0mg ,bid× 30d。结果 :A组治疗前后SCL - 90评分差值与总显效率分别为 35± 14和 4 9% ,而B组则分别为 10± 12和 8% ,2组疗效差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :谷维素注射液治疗自主神经功能紊乱临床疗效显著优于片剂

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare oryzanol injection vs tablet for the treatment of autonomic nervous dysfunction. METHODS: patients (M 36, F 37, age 38±s 9 a) with autonomic nervous dysfunction were divided at random into 2 groups: Group A (37 patients) received oryzanol injection 40 mg, im qd for 30 d; Group B (36 patients) received oryzanol 20 mg, po, bid for 30 d. RESULTS: The difference of SCL_90 score of group A was higher than that of group B (P<0.01). The marked response rate in group A (49%) was higher than that in group B (8%) (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Oryzanol injection was better than oryzanol tablet in treating autonomic nervous dysfunction. |
