尼尔雌醇对绝经期妇女血脂及血液流变学的影响

目的：观察尼尔雌醇对绝经期妇女血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法：３０例绝经期妇女口服尼尔雌醇５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，每月１次，疗程３ｍｏ，分别于服药前后查血脂及血液流变学。结果：ＬＤＬ＿ｃｈ，ＬＤＬ＿ｃｈ／ＨＤＬ＿ｃｈ较服药前显著下降，ＡｐｏＡＩ明显增高，血粘度中之高切粘度、低切粘度及血浆凝血因子Ｉ明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），而ＴＣ，ＴＧ，ＨＤＬ＿ｃｈ，ＡｐｏＢ及血细胞比容、血沉等差别无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：尼尔雌醇可作为绝经后妇女高脂血症及高粘综合征治疗的有效药物之一。

Effect of nilestriol on lipids and hemorheology in menopause women

ABSTRACT AIM: To observe the effect of nilestriol on lipids and hemorrheology in menopause women. METHODS: Thirty menopause women were given nilestriol 5 mg, po, once a month ×3 mo and were compared on lipids and hemorheology between before and after the treatment for 3 mo. RESULTS: LDL_ch as well as LDL_ch/HDL_ch were remarkably reduced after treatment. Apo AI was increased significantly low_cut viscosity and high_cut viscosity were reduced significantly (P<0.01), fibrinogen was reduced significantly (P<0.05), but TC, TG, HDL_ch, Apo B, hematocrit and ESR were no significant difference (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Nilestriol is one of the effective drug on menopause women with hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity syndrome.
