| Abstract: | A case of frontometaphyseal dysplasia (Gorlin-Cohen syndrome) in a child is described. The boy showed characteristic musculoskeletal changes, and had bilateral symptomatic cavovarus deformities of the feet. Surgical management of the foot deformities and the outcome are discussed. |
