香叶树叶精油的GC—MS分析与抑菌活性

摘    要:本文采用GC-MS技术分析了香叶树(Lindera communis Hemsl)叶精油的化学组成,测定了23种成分的结构与相对含量。主要成分为(-)-斯巴醇(22.50%)、1,3,3-三甲基-内-2-降冰片烷醇乙酯(10.06%)、氧化丁香烯(6.74%)和大根香叶烯B(6.71%)等。体外对八种人体皮肤真菌或细菌抗菌试验表明,该挥发油具有强大的抗菌活力,MIC值位于0.08~0.8 ml/L之间。

Abstract:The essential oil isolated from the dried leaves of lindera communis was analyzed by means of gas chromatogra-phy-mass(GC-MS) technique, the structures of 23 chemical components were identified from it in total, among these, (-)-spathu-lenol(relative content 22.50%), endo-1,3,3-trimethyl-2-norbornanol, acetate (10.06%), caryophyllene oxide (6.74%) and germacrene B(6.71 %) were the main constituents. And also the oil in vitro exhibited manifest antifungal and antibacterial activities against 4 fungi pathogen species and 4 bacterial species with MIC between 0.08 - 0.8ml/l.
