海南省229例农村孕妇营养认知态度、行为状况调查

目的:了解海南省农村孕妇孕期营养认知态度和相关行为情况,为进一步开展孕妇营养宣教提供科学依据。方法:采用自制调查问卷对海南省部分农村229名孕妇进行访谈式调查,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:海南省农村孕妇孕期营养认知态度及相关行为平均得分为(65.01±17.18),不同地区间和不同文化程度间得分差异有统计学意义(F值分别为12.589和3.018,P值均<0.05)。不同年龄及家庭月人均收入间差异无统计学意义(F值分别为0.479和0.525,P值均>0.05)。结论:海南农村孕妇营养认知态度及其相关行为有待改善,建议初级卫生保健机构应加强孕期营养及保健知识的宣教力度和广度,改进宣教方式。

Survey of attitude and behavior of nutrition of 229 pregnancies in rural districts of Hainan province

Objective: To investigate the current attitude and behavior of nutrition of rural pregnant women in Hainan province,and provide scientific evidence for the education of nutrition of pregnancy.Methods: Survey of attitude and behavior of nutrition of rural pregnancies was implemented in 229 pregnant women in some rural districts of Hainan province through interview using self-designed questionnaires.SPSS 12.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: The mean score of attitude and behavior of nutrition in rural pregnancies in Hainan was(65.01±17.18).Significant differences were found among different regions(F=12.589,P<0.05) and different education backgrounds(F=3.018,P<0.05).No significant difference was found among different ages(F=0.479,P>0.05) or different monthly family incomes per capita(F=0.525,P>0.05).Conclusion: The attitude and behavior of nutrition in rural pregnant women in Hainan province need improving.Institutes of primary healthcare should promote further the programs of education and propagation of maternal nutrition and alternate education and spreading methods.
