| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重复B超检查在腹部闭合性损伤的诊断价值。方法：对重复B超检查的我院86例腹部闭合性损伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果：81例经手术治疗者B超跟踪观察。85例诊断符合，符合率为98.84％；漏诊1例，漏诊率为1.16％，误诊率为0。结论：重复B超检查能准确地判断腹部的损伤程度和性质，可提高诊断符合率，降低漏诊率和误诊率，对腹部闭合性损伤的诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate diagnostic value of repeated B-ultrasonography for abdominal close injury. Methods: The study analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of 86 cases with abdominal close injury who accepted repeated B-ultrasonography in our hospital. Results: 81 cases were confirmed by operation. 5 cases without operation were followed up by B-ultrasonography.85 cases accorded with diagnosis(98.84%). 1 case was missed by ultrosound(1.16%). Conclusion: Abdominal injury degree and character were accurately judged by repeated B-ultrasonography. Repeated B-ultrasonography may increase diagnostic accordant rate and have important value for diagnosis of abdominal close injury. |
