上海市嘉定区2006上半年传染病疫情网络报告工作质量评估

为提高传染病疫情报告的及时性、敏感性和准确性，2004年1月1日起，全国启动了以传染病病例个案报告为基础的传染病监测信息网络直报系统。现根据嘉定区2006年1-6月份传染病疫情网络直报数据，对本区目前的疫情网络直报系统运行情况及报告信息质量进行分析评估，探讨影响报告信息质量和及时性的主要因素，以便采取针对性措施，进一步提高本区疫情网络报告工作的效率和质量，充分发挥网络直报优势，为疾病预防控制提供更及时、准确、有效的监测信息。

Quality evaluation of epidemic reporting of Shanghai Jiading infection information network district of first haft year 2006

In order to enhance the timeliness, sensitivity and the accuracy of infections disease reporting, since January 1, 2004, our country started to launch the Epidemic Infection Information network reporting system based on epidemic infection illness case. This article has evaluated the epidemic infection reporting quality and general status of the network system of JiaDing district according to the reporting data from Jan to June of year 2006. The article also discussed the key factors which impact the timeliness and accuracy of epidemic reporting so that pertinency action could be taken to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of JiaDing district network reporting. With the obvious advantage of network reporting system, we could provide more on-time, accurate and effective monitoring information for prophylaxis control.
