| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区健康教育对糖尿病病人遵医行为的影响。方法对社区47例糖尿病病人进行针对性的健康教育,内容包括饮食指导,运动指导,遵医行为指导和家属的教育。结果健康教育后病人的各种遵医行为比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论实施健康教育可提高糖尿病病人自我保健意识和遵医行为,改变不良生活方式,增强对糖尿病知识的认识,使血糖控制在理想状态,从而提高糖尿病病人的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To help the diabetes patients follow the doctors' instructions and let them know some special knowledge about diabetes. Methods According to some investigation and researches, health education was given to 47 diabetes patients in details. Results After being health education, the patients followed the doctors' instructions much better than before. Conclusion Through health education diabetes patients have the idea of health protection, give up the unhealthy living styles, keep the doctors' instructions, know some special knowledge about diabetes, control their blood sugar in a good condition, and improve their living quality. So health education is good for the patients' health. The more they know about the disease, the happier and healthier they are. |
