小儿流行性乙型脑炎的临床表现和CT征象分析

目的 进一步认识小儿流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)的CT特征，以提高CT诊断的准确性。方法 回顾性分析16例经临床综合诊断证实的小儿乙脑的临床表现和颅脑CT图像，着重观察颅脑有无病变，以及病变的部位、范围及演变。结果 CT检查正常4例(占25％)，异常12例(占75％)，CT异常表现早期主要有双侧丘脑、基底节区及大脑灰质低密度灶伴不同程度的脑肿胀，恢复期表现为上述部位软化灶及不同程度的脑萎缩征象。结论 大多数小儿乙脑在CT上有异常表现，CT能显示小儿乙脑颅内病变的部位、范围及严重程度，从而为临床治疗及预后提供有价值的信息。

An analysis on clinical manifestations and CT signs of epidemic type - B encephalitis in children

Objective Forther understand the CT features of epidemic t ype- B encephalitis in children so as to improve its diagnostic accuracy,Method s Clinical manifestations and CT findings of 16 children with clinically proved epidemic type- B encephalitis were retrospectively analyzed and the location,ra nge,and evolution of the lesions was emphatically observed.Results CT scans show ed that,normal findings were found in 4 cases(25 % ),abnormal findings were fou nd in 12 cases(75 % ),which appeared mainly as low- density lesions companied with brain swelling to different extent in bilateral tharami,basal ganglia regio ns and cerebral gray matter at early stage but the softened lesions and brain at rophy to diffcrent extent in above locations were found in convalescence.Conclus ion The most epidemic type- B encephalitis in children has abnormal CT finding and CT can reveal the location,extent and severity of the lesions so that it can provide the valuable information for selecting therapy and estimating prognosis .
