中西医结合治疗精神分裂症125例临床分析

目的：对中西医结合治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性进行分析。方法：选择精神分裂症患者125例，将其平均分为两组，研究组的65例患者采用中西医结合治疗，对照组60例患者采用西医治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的·临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果：经过治疗，研究组的治疗总有效率高达95．3％，明显高于对照组的17．6％，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；研究组患者的不良反应率为12．3％，对照组患者不良反应率为75．0％，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗精神分裂症疗效优于单一西药治疗，中西药治疗可优势互补，且患者不良反应少，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese with Western Medicine in the Treatment of 125 Cases of Schizophrenia

Objective： the efficacy and safety of combination of TCM and western medicine treatment of schizophrenic patients were analyzed. Methods： 125 cases of schizophrenia patients, their average can be divided into two groups, study group, 65 cases of pa- tients with a combination of Chinese and western treatment, control group 60 cases patients in western medicine treatment. Observa- tion of curative effect and adverse reaction of patients after treatment. Results： Therapeutic effect of group and the control group were compared, the team＇s total effective rate up to 95.3 %, significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 17.6 %, two groups of comparisons difference was apparent, with statistical significance （P〈O. 05） ; Adverse reactions in patients with the group and the control group there was more, the probability of adverse reactions in patients with team is 12.31 %, the probability of adverse reactions in patients with the control group was 75%, the team＇s adverse reaction cases is lower than that of the control group, two groups are significant difference, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combine traditional Chinese and west ern medicine treatment the curative effect of schizophrenia was higher than single use western medicine, Chinese and western medi cine treatment can be complementary advantages, and in patients with fewer adverse reactions, more safe and reliable, is worth pop ularizing in clinical application,
