| 摘 要： | 目的：建立瘀血痹片的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对瘀血痹片中川芎、川牛膝、黄芪进行薄层定性鉴剐；采用高效液相色谱法对丹参中的丹参素钠进行含量测定。结果：在薄层色谱中可检出川芎、川牛膝、黄芪的特征斑点。丹参素钠在0．01149～O．2298μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），该方法的平均回收率为101．28％（RSD=1．36％）。结论：本法操作简便，准确性、重现性好，能够较好地控制瘀血痹片的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality standard of Yuxuebi Tablet. Methods：TLC identifications of Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Cyathulae Radix,Astragali Radix in Yuxuebi Tablet carried out. The contents of Salvianic acid A sodium were determined by means of HPLC. Results：The linear ranges of Salvianic acid A sodium were 0. 01149-0. 2298ug （r=0. 999 9） ,their average recoveries were 101.28 % （RSD= 1.36 % ）. Conclusion：This method reported in this paper are easy to operate, and can provide accurate and reproducible results , thus are able to conreol the quality of the Yuxuebi Tablet. |
