中西医结合护理在预防胸腹腔穿刺术后积液渗漏中的应用

目的探讨明胶海绵配合弹力绷带以及中药的中西医结合护理方法在预防胸腹腔穿刺术后积液渗漏中的应用。方法将120例恶性肿瘤合并大量胸腹腔积液的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。对照组单纯给予穿刺点换药处理，治疗组则给予明胶海绵配合弹力绷带加压包扎，并予中药汤剂口服处理。比较2组患者穿刺完成后12h内的渗漏液情况。结果治疗组的渗漏率为28．33％，对照组的渗漏率为65．00％，治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论使用中西医结合护理方法能有效地防止恶性胸腹水患者胸腹腔穿刺后的积液渗漏，预防穿刺点的感染，减少患者痛苦，提高患者生活质量。

The application of TCM-WM nursing on preventing pleural effusion and ascites after paracentesis of thoracic and abdominal cavity

Objective To investigate the application of TCM-WM nursing on preventing pleural effusion and ascites after paracentesis of tho- racic and abdominal cavity. Method 120 patients with cancer,pleural and ascites were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treat- ment group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with dressing post operation ,while the treat- ment group was given pressure dressing on the puncture point, using gelatin sponge and elastic bandage, together with TCM oral solution medi- cine, and then assessed the leakage situation of the two groups within 12h after paracentesis. Results Compared with the effusion rate of the control group witch is 65.00% ,the treatment group（28.33% ） is superior to the fronter（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using TCM-WM nursing methods can prevent the patients with malignant pleural and ascites from risking the fluid extravasation and infection ,which dose good to re- lieving the suffering of the patients, and improving their quality of life.
