前瞻性护理干预对老年患者髋部骨折术后出现谵妄的影响

目的探讨前瞻性护理干预对老年患者髋部骨折术后出现谵妄的影响。方法将148例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为2组，试验组和对照组各74例。2组患者围手术期在常规护理的基础上，对照组予常规健康教育和按需镇痛管理；试验组予强化健康教育和超前镇痛管理的前瞻性护理干预。术后1周内护士每天运用Nu-DESC评估，比较2组患者术后发生谵妄及住院时间情况。结果l试验组发生率为7％，对照组发生率为19％，2组比较差异有统计学意义；住院时间对照组与试验组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对老年患者髋部骨折术后出现谵妄给予前瞻性护理干预，可降低术后谵妄的发生率及缩短住院时间。

The effect of prospective nursing intervention in postoperation delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture

Objective To investigate the affection of prospective nursing intervention in postoperation delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods A total of 148 patients were randomly divided into the test group and control group, with 74 patients in each. The patients of control group treated with routine health education and on -demand pain management; strengthen the health education and apply the nurs- ing intervention of the management preemptive analgesiathe management in test group patients. A week after the operation, the nurse used the Nu-DESC to evaluated and compared the incidence of delirium and hospitalization time in two groups. Result The incidence of delirium in test group is 7% , and the incidence in control group is 19%. Compared the two groups in Delirium incidence and duration of hospitalization, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The prospective nursing intervention in postoperation delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture would reduce the incidence of delirium and shorten the hospitalization time.
