交链孢酚单甲醚诱导大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核形成的研究

摘    要:对交链孢酚单甲醚(alternariol monamethyl ether,AME)诱导大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核形成进行了实验研究。结果表明,AME在体内作用48h仍可以诱发大鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核形成率增高。

Abstract:In the precent study, micronucleus formation in polychromatic erythrocytes indu-ced in vivo dy AME was studied. The results showed that AME could increase themicronleus score of polychromatic erythrocytes in the rat bone marrow.This indica-ted that AME also possessed mutagenicity in vivo within 48 hours.
