摘    要:目的 探讨心理素质训练对聘用人员心理健康特征的影响.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对62名聘用人员进行心理测试,并进行训练前后比较.结果 躯体化(1.30±0.25)分vs (1.18±0.21)分]、强迫(1.42±0.32)分vs(1.30±0.30)分]、人际关系(1.38±0.32)分vs (1.20±0.28)分]、抑郁(1.28±0.26)分vs (1.12±0.20)分]、焦虑(1.24±0.20)分vs (1.13±0.16)分]5个因子平均得分以及总均分(1.28±0.18)分vs (1.20±0.14)分],训练后均比训练前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).应对方式因子中,训练后解决问题(0.69±0.22)分vs (0.84±0.14)分]和求助(0.58±0.20)分vs (0.72±0.18)分]两个因子的平均得分明显高于训练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 心理素质训练能显著提高聘用人员的心理健康水平,改善应对方式.

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of psychological diathesis training on the mental health features of employed staff.Methods A total of 62 employed staff had psychological test by filling out SCL-90 and simple coping style questionnaires (SCSQ),and the results were compared before and after psychological diathesis training.Results After psychological diathesis training,the scores of somatization (1.30±0.25) vs (1.18±0.21)],obsessive-compulsive disorder (1.42±0.32) vs (1.30±0.30)],personal relation (1.38±0.32) vs (1.20±0.28),depression (1.28±0.26) vs (1.12±0.20)],anxiety (1.24±0.20) vs (1.13±0.16)] and the total average score (1.28±0.18) vs (1.20±0.14)] were significantly lower than those before training (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Among coping style factors,the scores of tackling with problems (0.69±0.22) vs (0.84±0.14)] and asking for help (0.58±0.20) vs (0.72±0.18)] after training were significantly hgiher than those before training (P〈0.01).Conclusion To carry out psychological diathesis training in employed staff could promote their mental health and improve their coping style.
