| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舒适护理在胃镜下使用透明帽取食管异物中的应用及效果.方法 回顾性分析50例食管异物患者的临床资料,均在胃镜下使用透明帽处理,配合舒适护理,观察手术成功率及并发症情况.结果 50例食管异物患者成功率为100％,均未出现食管穿孔、大出血及窒息等并发症.结论 将舒适护理应用于胃镜下使用透明帽取食管异物治疗,可提高异物取出成功率并避免严重并发症的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comfort care in endoscopic transparent cap for esophageal foreign bodies.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 50 patients with esophageal foreign bodies,which were treated by endoscopic transparent cap with comfort care.The success rate of surgery and complications were observed.Results The success rate in the 50 patients with esophageal foreign bodies was 100%.There were no complications of esophageal perforation,bleeding and suffocation.Conclusion The program of comfort care in nursing applied to endoscopic transparent cap for esophageal foreign therapy can improve the comfort in patients,increase the success rate,and avoid serious complications. |
