端粒端粒酶与肿瘤研究

端粒是真核细胞线形染色体末端DNA和端粒蛋白质构成的一种特殊结构,端粒酶是一种能延长端粒末端的核糖蛋白酶,对于细胞的增殖与衰老,细胞的永生及癌变有重要意义。近年研究表明人体多数恶性肿瘤的端粒酶活性增高,并与肿瘤的预后有关。TRAP方法的建立使得稳定、成批、快速检测组织中端粒酶活性成为可能有。端粒酶成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点而引起广泛关注。
