| 摘 要： | 目的：比较Vitapex和氢氧化钙糊剂作为盖髓剂，在活髓切断术治疗年轻恒前牙外伤冠折露髓中的效果。方法：将外伤致年轻恒前牙冠折露髓的90例116个牙进行随机分组，分别采用Vitapex和氢氧化钙糊剂作为盖髓剂作活髓切断术，并进行2年回访。结果：Vitapex组成功率为96．67％，氢氧化钙糊剂组成功率为83．92％，两组比较P〈0.05。结论：Vitapex是一种很好的盖髓剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare curative effects of Vitapex and calcium hydroxide paste, used as pulp capping, to the vital pulpotomy treating young anterior permanent teeth. Methods 90 cases of 116 complicated crown fracture of young anterior permanent teeth caused by trauma, were divided into groups randomly.
