二期梅毒患者细胞免疫水平及与梅毒发病的相关性

摘    要:目的了解T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)在二期梅毒患者中的改变,探讨这些免疫细胞在梅毒发病机理中的作用。方法采用流式细胞仪检测30例Ⅱ期梅毒患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群:CD3^+、CD^+、CD8^+、CD56^+、CD19^+的淋巴细胞,并与20例正常人对照组比较。结果梅毒患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD56^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比值均较正常对照组低(P〈0.05或P〈0.001),CD8^+与CD19^+与正常对照组相比则无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论二期梅毒患者存在着明显的细胞免疫押制,且T淋巴细胞亚群的改变和NK细胞减少与梅毒的发病有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets, B cells and natural killer cells (NK cells) in peripheral blood of patients with secondary syphilis and its clinial significance. Methods The levels of peripheral blood lymphocyte CD3+ ,CD4 + ,CD8 + ,CD56 + ,CD19 + were detected with flow cytometry in 30 secondary syphilitic patient and 20 normal controls and the its clinical significance was analzed. Results The percentages of CD3^+ , CD4 + , NK cells and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + were lower(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.001)than those of normal controls, while the percentages of CD8 + ,CD19 + cells had no significant difference with control group (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion There prominent suppression of cellular immunity in secondary syphilis patients is observed and the change of T - lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were closely with the pathogenic mechanism of syphilis.
