二期梅毒患者细胞免疫水平及与梅毒发病的相关性

目的了解T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞及自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）在二期梅毒患者中的改变，探讨这些免疫细胞在梅毒发病机理中的作用。方法采用流式细胞仪检测30例Ⅱ期梅毒患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群：CD3^＋、CD^＋、CD8^＋、CD56^＋、CD19^＋的淋巴细胞，并与20例正常人对照组比较。结果梅毒患者CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD56^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值均较正常对照组低（P〈0.05或P〈0.001），CD8^＋与CD19^＋与正常对照组相比则无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论二期梅毒患者存在着明显的细胞免疫押制，且T淋巴细胞亚群的改变和NK细胞减少与梅毒的发病有密切关系。

Levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells and B cells in syphilitic patients and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets, B cells and natural killer cells （NK cells） in peripheral blood of patients with secondary syphilis and its clinial significance. Methods The levels of peripheral blood lymphocyte CD3＋ ,CD4 ＋ ,CD8 ＋ ,CD56 ＋ ,CD19 ＋ were detected with flow cytometry in 30 secondary syphilitic patient and 20 normal controls and the its clinical significance was analzed. Results The percentages of CD3^＋ , CD4 ＋ , NK cells and the ratio of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ were lower（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.001）than those of normal controls, while the percentages of CD8 ＋ ,CD19 ＋ cells had no significant difference with control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion There prominent suppression of cellular immunity in secondary syphilis patients is observed and the change of T - lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were closely with the pathogenic mechanism of syphilis.
