舟山海岛1993～1999年围产儿出生缺陷监测分析

目的:了解舟山海岛地区出生缺陷的发生情况,为有效实施干预措施提供参考依据。方法:于1993～1999年对舟山市所辖四县(区)建立孕产妇围产保健和出生缺陷监测。结果:出生缺陷发生率为13.08‰。出生缺陷病种达75种,其中唇腭裂、先天性心脏病是危害舟山围产儿的主要病种。在产科分娩时发现的占90.23％,产褥期发现的占9.77％。出生缺陷发生的影响因素中,既有遗传因素,又有疾病因素,还有社会和保健因素等。结论:舟山海岛地区出生缺陷发生率高,在出生缺陷防治工作中应予综合干预。

Analysis on the Monitoring of the Birth Defects of Prenatal Babies in Zhoushan Island in 1993 ～1999

Objective: To investigate the cases of birth defects in Zhoushan Island areas and provide reference bases for the effective prevention of the birth defects. Methods: Set up monitors of birth defects and prenatal health during 1993 - 1999. Results: The rate of birth defects was 13.08%. The types of birth defects arrived at 75, in which the cheilognathopalatoschisis and congenital heart disease are the main diseases doing harm to the perinatal babies. These diseases discovered during labor covered 90. 23% , but only 9. 77% in puerperium. Birth defects is not only because of hereditary disease and nature disease, but also because of social and health factors, etc. Conclusion: The rate of birth defects in Zhoushan Island areas is very high and comprehensive prevention from the birth defects should be conducted.
