活血清肺饮治疗慢性肺心病急性发作疗效观察

目的观察自拟活血清肺饮对慢性肺心病急性发作的临床疗效.方法将 42例慢性肺心病急性发作患者随机分为两组,对照组 20例予西医常规处理,治疗组 22例于对照组基础上予以自拟方活血清肺饮.观察治疗前后两组临床疗效和血气分析、血浆凝血酶原片段 1 2(F1 2)及纤维蛋白原 (Fg)的变化.结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗组 PaO2、 PaCO2、 F1 2、 Fg较对照组改善明显.结论 在西医常规处理基础上合用活血清肺饮对慢性肺心病急性发作有明显治疗作用,且对血气分析及 F1 2和 Fg有明显改善作用.

An Observation on the Effect of Huoxueqingfei Decoction (活血清肺饮 )on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxueqingfei Decoction( , HXQFD) on acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods:4 2 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the controlled grou p were treated by normal WM therapy.And those in the treatment group were given HXQFD except the former method.The clinical effects of the two groups and the ch anges of blood gas analysis,segment of plasma coagulation zymogen 1 plus 2 (F1+ 2) and fibrinogen (Fg) were observed.Results:Compared with the controlled group ,the total effective rate of the treament group was higher and the improvement e ffect on the changes of PaO2,PaCO2,F1+ 2 and Fg were better.Conclusion: The nor mal WM therapy Combined with HXQFD is effective to acute exacerbation of CPHD,an d has exact effect on improvement of blood gas analysis,F1+ 2 and Fg.
