热带地区舰艇岸勤战士身心健康状况及影响因素研究

目的了解热带地区舰艇岸勤战士身心健康状况及影响因素。方法应用明尼苏达多项人格测验简式(PHI)、艾森克人格测验问卷(EPQ)、自动思维问卷(ATS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及一般情况调查表进行调查和测量,然后根据数据类型进行统计分析。结果在PHI7个临床量表中,舰艇岸勤战士的平均得分都比干部高,在躯体化、焦虑、人格变态、兴奋状态4个分量表上的差异具有统计学意义(t=3.197,3.311,5.499,4.436;P<0.001),在抑郁和疑心2个分量表上差异具有统计学意义(t=2.568,2.304;P<0.05),脱离现实量表差异不具有统计学上的显著性(P>0.05),舰艇岸勤战士存在可疑心理障碍的人数比干部要多,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.24,P<0.025)。多元线型逐步回归分析显示,影响舰艇岸勤战士身心健康的因素有:个性问题突出、头脑里的自动思维多、应对方式不科学、人际关系问题等。结论要根据影响因素采取综合措施帮助舰艇岸勤战士改善身心健康状况。

Psychosomatic Health of Naval Logistics Soldiers in Tropical Regions and Its Influencing Factors

Objective To explore the psychosomatic health and its influencing factors about the naval logistics soldiers in tropical regions.Methods Psychological Health Inventory（PHI）,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）,Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire（ATQ）,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ） and a general situation questionnaire were applied to investigate and survey,then to execute the statistical analysis according to the data type.Results The average scores of soldiers were higher than the officers in summarization,anxiety,abnormal personality,excited state（t=3.197,3.311,5.499,4.436;P0.001）,depression and suspicion（t=2.568,2.304;P0.05）.there was not statistical difference in divorcing from the reality（P0.05）.The number of soldiers who suffered from suspicious psychological problems was significantly higher than that of officers（χ2=6.24,P0.025）.Furthermore,Multiple Linear Regression Analysis revealed that the factors which affect the psychosomatic health of soldiers were：prominent personal problems,much automatic thinking in mind,improper way of response,troubles in interpersonal relationship,etc.Conclusion Comprehensive measures should be applied to naval logistics soldiers to improve their psychosomatic health according to the influencing factors.
