| 摘 要： | 目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法对60例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,进行3个月的临床研究,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)分别评定患者的疗效和生活质量。结果两组药物疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),阿立哌唑组躯体健康、社会功能因子分的改善均优于利培酮组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。阿立哌唑组在肌强直、静坐不能、体重增加、闭经方面少于利培酮组(χ2=3.89,P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑对改善女性精神分裂症患者的生活质量有积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of aripiprazole with risperidone on life quality of female schizophrenics.Methods A total of 60 female schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazole and risperidone group,and treated for three months,The effect were assessed with PANSS.The life quality was assessed by the GQOLI-74.Results There was no significant difference in the score of PANSS between two groups.The factor scores of physical and social function of the GQOLI-74 in risperidone group were lower than those in aripiprazole group（P0.05）.Myotonia,akathisia,menostasis and weight gain were lower in the aripiprazole group than the risperidone group.（χ2=3.89,P0.05）.Conclusion Aripiprazole is better for improving the life quality of female schizophrenics. |
