Current Situation and Countermeasures of Medical Risk Management

In the paper, medical risk management and related concepts are described, the status of medical risk management and problems are analyzed and discussed, in addition, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including improving the medical risk management organization, standardizing the medical operation process ; achieving medical risk information management; implementing medical liability insurance, establishing mechanisms for third - party mediation; strengthening medical staff to the laws and regulations training, professional ethics education is also needed; building the whole operable clinical risk management measures.
