某院住院费用上涨原因分析及建议

目的探寻住院费用上涨的主要原因。方法采用回顾性研究方法,以某院2008～2010年出院病人住院费用为研究对象,统计并分析人均费用、日均费用及费用构成。结果 3年间人均费用增加3 769元,日均费用增加437元;增加费用中,以药品费为主(42.3%),材料费次之(29.4%),再次为治疗费(14.4%)。结论政府应充分发挥主导作用,从政策层面促使医疗机构摆脱"重收入、轻效率"的经营误区;医疗机构应积极践行新医改要求,合理控制住院费用过快增长。

Analysis and Recommendations on Rising Costs in A Hospital

Objective To explore the main reasons for rising hospital costs. Method Patients discharged from 2008 to 2010 in a hospital were recruited for medical cost analysis using retrospective study method. Result During the three years, cost per person increased 3769 Yuan; the average daily cost increased 437 Yuan. Among the increased costs, cost of drugs （42.3%） was the most increased component, followed by materials （29.4%）, and treatment cost （ 14.4% ）. Conclusion The Govern- ment should play a leading role to promote health care institutions to get rid of ＂on incomes, light efficiency＂ business errors from the policy level ; meanwhile, medical institutions should be actively practicing the new medical reform requirements, and reasona- ble control the increase of hospital cost.
