摘    要:目的:观察糖基化终末产物(AGEs)对骨髓来源内皮祖细胞(EPCs)动员及生物功能的影响。方法:采用不同浓度牛血清白蛋白糖基化终末产物(BSA-AGEs)(50~200mg/L)分别作用EPCs(0~24h),检测EPCs的增殖、凋亡及管腔形成能力的变化。结果:随着AGEs浓度增加及作用时间的延长,EPCs的凋亡率升高,而增殖及管腔形成能力降低(P<0.05)。结论:AGEs对EPCs的存活和增殖具有损害作用,而且还对EPCs功能有破坏作用。

The Influnce of AGEs on Prolifiatation,Apopotosis and Tube Formation of Endothelial Progenitor Cells in Rat Bone Marrow

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of the advanced glycation end products(AGEs) on prolifiatation,apopotosis and tube formation of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs).Method:The EPCs were cultured in vitro.After AGEs of the different dose(50~200mg/L)and different times(0~24h) played the role on the cells,the prolifiatation,apopotosis and tube formation of EPCs of all groups were detected.Results:Prolifiatation and tube formation of EPCs decreased with the AGEs dose increasing and treatment time prolong,while EPCs opopotosis rate increased.Statistical analysis of the results have significantly differences.Conclusion:These results demonstrated that AGEs may effect on the vascular recover at diabetets through increase apopotosis of EPCs and decrease its proliferation and tube formation.
