硕士研究生新生心理健康状况调查

目的了解硕士研究生新生的心理健康状况,为后续的心理健康教育提供建议。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某校3282名研究生新生进行调查。结果①研究生新生SCL-90阳性检出率为31.81%;②各因子中强迫、人际关系和抑郁因子的检出率最高,分别为24.4%、13.4%和11.3%;③SCL-90分值总体上低于全国大学生常模;④独立样本t检验发现,躯体化、忧郁、焦虑、恐惧和精神病性5项因子分高于全国青年常模。结论某校硕士研究生新生心理健康状况优于大学生常模,接近同龄人平均水平,强迫、人际关系和抑郁是主要表现问题,部分新生需要重点关注。

Investigation on Mental Health Status in Postgraduate Freshmen

Objective To explore the mental health status in postgraduate freshmen,and give advice to the next mental health education.Methods A total of 3282 postgraduate freshmen were tested with the Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results ①The positive rate of SCL-90 was 31.81%.②The factors with highest positive rate were Obsessive-Compulsive（24.4%）,Interpersonal Sensitivity（13.4%） and Depression（11.3%）.③The SCL-90 score of postgraduate freshmen was generally lower than national undergraduate norm.④Independent sample t-test indicated that the scores of five factors（Somatization,Depression,Anxiety,Photic Anxiety and Psychoticism） were higher than national youth norm.Conclusion The mental health status of postgraduate freshmen is close to the average level and better than the national undergraduate norm.Obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity and depression are main problems.
