初中生社会支持与心理健康的关系研究

目的了解初中生的心理健康状况及其与社会支持的关系。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对273名初中生进行问卷调查,然后对数据进行t检验和相关分析。结果初中女生的问题检出率高于男生;学生的心理问题集中在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等5个因子上,女生的客观支持显著高于男生(t=-2.146,P<0.05);心理健康大部分因子与社会支持存在显著相关(r=0.258,P<0.01)。结论初中生心理健康状况总体较好,但是问题检出率仍不乐观,女生的问题检出率高于男生;社会支持与心理健康密切相关。

The Relationship between Mental Health and Social Supports in Junior High School Students

Objective To understand the relationship between mental health and social supports in junior high school students.Methods The use of social support rating scale,the physical and psychological symptoms of self-rating scale（SCL-90 scale）,for 273 junior high school students.Results The rate of psychological problems was higher in female students than male students.The main psychological problems focused on the obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and hostile.Female student＇s objective support was significantly higher than male student（t=-2.146,P0.05）;most of the psychology factors significantly correlated with social support.Conclusion Psychological health condition of junior high school students is good in whole,but the rate of psychological problem is also not optimistic.Female students show higher psychological problem than male students,and their psychological condition is correlated to social support.
