大学生社会支持中介人格与人际倦怠的关系

目的检验大学生社会支持对人格与人际倦怠关系的中介作用。方法对被试大学生施测社会支持量表、人际倦怠量表和简式艾森克人格问卷。结果①精神质对主观支持有预测作用(β=-0.324,P<0.001),内外向对社会支持各维度都有预测作用(0.186<β<0.413,P<0.05);②精神质能预测人格解体(β=0.308,P<0.001),内外向能预测情绪耗竭(β=-0.216,P<0.001)和成就感降低(β=-0.540,P<0.001),神经质能预测情绪耗竭(β=0.513,P<0.001)和人格解体(β=0.169,P<0.05);③主观支持部分中介精神质与人格解体的关系,主观支持部分中介内外向与成就感降低的关系。结论社会支持对人格与人际倦怠的关系有中介作用。

The Mediating Role of Social Support in the Relationship between Personality and Interpersonal Relationship Burnout

Objective To explore the mediating role of social support in the relationship between personality and interpersonal relationship burnout.Methods Scbjects finished the Social Support Scale,Chinese Interpersonal Relationship Burnout Inventory and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-RSC.Results ①Effect of psychoticism on subjective support was salient（β=-0.324,P0.001）,the effect of extraversion on social support was salient（0.186β0.413,P0.05）;②The effect of psychoticism on depersonalization was salient（β=0.308,P0.001）,the effect of extraversion on emotional exhaustion was salient（β=-0.216,P0.001）,the effect of extraversion on reduced personal accomplishment was salient（β=-0.540,P0.001）,the effect of neuroticism on emotional exhaustion was salient（β=0.513,P0.001）,the effect of neuroticism on depersonalization was salient（β=0.169,P0.05）.③Subjective support partly mediated the relationship between psychoticism and depersonalization,subjective support partly mediated the relationship between extraversion and reduced personal accomplishment.Conclusion Social support mediates the relationship between personality and interpersonal relationship burnout.
