| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝素对婴幼儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗效果。方法伤后24h入院的婴幼儿烧伤患者32例,3%～20%TBSA,以深Ⅱ度为主,随机分为2组,清创后试验组创面先用肝素钠湿敷,再用SD-Ag乳膏包扎,对照组应用SD-Ag乳膏包扎,1次/d,3d后改为半暴露。观察创面疼痛缓解、水肿消退、愈合时间等。结果试验组创面湿敷数分钟后疼痛明显减轻,水肿消退快,愈合时间明显少于对照组。结论肝素外用于婴幼儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面能缓解疼痛,缩短愈合时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of heparin on deep partial thickness infantile burn wound. Method Thirty-two cases inflicted with 3%-20% TBSA deep partial thickness burn wound, after fresh wound were debrided and divided into two groups: the treating group's cases were handled with heparin and SD-Ag cream, while the controlled cases were treated with SD-Ag cream, until the wound healing.
