腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕的临床效果观察

目的探讨腹腔镜手术应用于宫外孕治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年10月36例在我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的宫外孕患者的临床资料。结果 36例手术均成功,无中转开腹者,其中峡部妊娠8例,壶腹部妊娠破裂6例,壶腹部妊娠未破裂型22例;手术时间30⁶5 min,平均42 min;术中出血3065 min,平均42 min;术中出血30¹20 mL,平均55 mL;无出血、感染等并发症发生。结论腹腔镜手术应用于宫外孕的治疗,手术创伤小、出血少、患者术后恢复快,住院时间缩短,术后并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Operation for the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 January to 2013 October, clinical data of 36 cases of laparoscopic operation in our hospital for treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Results The operation was successful in all 36 cases, without conversions to open surgery, including 8 cases of ampullary isthmus pregnancy, pregnancy rupture in 6 cases, ampullar pregnancy unruptured type in 22 cases; operation time was 30-65 min, average 42 min; intraoperative bleeding was 30-120 mL, average 55 mL; no bleeding, infection and other complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for ectopic pregnancy operation, small trauma, less bleeding, the postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stay, the incidence of postoperative complications is low, it is worthy of clinical application.
