血清PCT检测对儿童支气管哮喘急性发作治疗的临床意义研究

目的探讨血清PCT检测对儿童支气管哮喘急性发作治疗的临床意义研究。方法本研究通过对100例确诊为支气管哮喘急性发作的患儿进行分组对照,运用统计学方法进行分析研究。结果血清降钙素原(PCT)对儿童支气管哮喘细菌感染具有诊断价值,从而对临床更加合理的使用抗生素具有重要的指导意义。结论综合考虑PCT水平和MP/CP的抗体检测来选择抗生素,不仅可以避免没有细菌感染的患儿使用抗生素,同时也为存在感染的患儿合理选用抗生素提供依据。

The Clinical Significance of Serum PCT Detection of Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma in Children Treated

Conclusion Considering the PCT level and MP/CP antibody detection to select antibiotics, not only did not avoid the use of antibiotics in children with bacterial infections, but also provide the basis for the existence of rational use of antibiotics in children infected.
