| 摘 要： | 介绍了西门子Mevatron电子直线加速器常见的故障，给出了维修方法并总结分析了故障部分的工作原理及产生故障的原因。这样可以更好地使加速器平稳运行，提高设备的使用率，减少机器故障的发生，供同行参考。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the four errors of SIEMENS Mevatron type medical electronic linear accelerator, gave the method of maintenance and studied the reasons of the error＇s making. Frequently, we can make the accelerator work better to effectively reduce breakdowns. |
