降纤酶联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病并皮肤溃疡40例临床观察

目的观察分析降纤酶联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡的疗效。方法80例糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡患者随机分组，每组各40例，治疗组给予降纤酶联合黄芪注射液，对照组给予黄芪注射液治疗。结果联合用药的治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为90％和65％。经统计学处理，差异有极显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论黄芪注射液联合降纤酶治疗糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡疗效显著优于单独使用黄芪注射液，大大提高了疗效，缩短了病程。

Clinical observation of 40 patients of defibrase astragalus for diabetes mellitus with skin ulcer

Objective To observe and analyze the defibrase astragalus diabetes mellitus with skin ulcer. Methods 80 cases of diabetic skin ulcers were randomized to 40 cases in each group, the treatment group were given to the joint astragalus defibrase, The control group was given astragalus treatment. Results Combination therapy in the treatment group and control group respectively, the total effective rate were 90% and 65% ,Statistically, the difference was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Astragalus defibrase treatment of diabetes combined with skin ulcer is superior to the use of astragalus alone and improv effect, shortening the course of the disease.
