| 摘 要： | 目的探讨羊膜移植治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法采用羊膜移植治疗较重的单疱病毒性角膜炎50例(50眼),包括地图状角膜炎23例,变性疱疹性角膜炎17例,坏死性角膜炎10例。术后随访4周~6个月。结果 44例角膜上皮愈合,炎症基本控制,视力有不同程度的提高,总有效率88%。结论在单疱病毒性角膜炎反复发作、迁延不愈,并对药物产生抵抗,病变越发严重的情况下,羊膜移植也不失为一种安全又相对有效的治疗方法 。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods 50 eyes（50 patients） of severe herpes simplex keratitis were performed the operation Including 23 eyes of geographic keratitis,17 eyes of metaherpetic keratitis,10 eyes of necrotizing keratitis.All patients were followedvup 4 weeks~6months.Results 44 eyes of patients were healed,The vision was improved.The efficiency is 88%.Conclusion Aminiotic membrane transplantationis a safe and effective procedure for the management of refractory herpes simplex keratitis. |
