| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用.方法:采用免疫组织化学技术(LSAB法),分别检测VEGF在子宫内膜异位症(25例)和非异位症(25例)患者子宫内膜组织中的表达.结果:异位子宫内膜组织中VEGF的阳性表达率为72%,而非异位症的子宫内膜组织中无VEGF表达.结论:VEGF可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中起着重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explory the role of vascular endoepithelial growth factor (VEGF) in the occurence and development of endometriosis.Methods:Expression of VEGF was examined in the specimens from 25 patients with endometriosis and the same patients without endometriosis (control) by immunohistochemical method.Results:Positive rate of expression of VEGF in tissues from endometriosis was 72%,while expression rate of VEGF in tissues from nonendometriosis was negative.Conclusion:The results indicated that VEGF might play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of endometriosis. |
