| 摘 要： | 目的探究葛根素注射液使用中发生不良反应（adverse drug reactions,ADR）的规律和特点,为临床更合理用药提供一定的参考。方法收集徐州矿务集团第二医院2007年1月至2008年1月间葛根素注射液所致ADR的病例196例,进行统计分析。结果196例中有31例出现ADR,ADR的发生率为15.8%。结论ADR的发生主要与年龄、生产厂家、制剂、剂量、疗程及合并用药等因素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the general patterns and features of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by Puerarin injection for references of rational administration in the clinic. Methods Date of 196 ADR cases of our hospital were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Rate of 31 ADR cases from 196 normal cases was about 15.8 percent. Conclusion The occurrence of ADR Associated with age, manufacturers, agents, dosage, course of and combination of administer. |
