经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床研究

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）的临床疗效及优缺点。方法对62例前列腺增生症患者行TURP手术治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果本组病例的手术时间（53.8±21.2）min;术中出血量（397.4±142.7）ml、切除组织量平均（26.8±5.6）g、术后持续冲洗膀胱时间（36.2±5.2）h、留置尿管时间（5.2±1.1）d、住院时间（7.8±1.6）d、发生电切综合征2例（3.2%）、继发性出血7例（11.3%）。术后2个月IPSS、QOL、RUV和Qmax与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 TURP治疗BPH创伤小、疗效好、恢复快、并发症少,是一种安全、理想的术式。

Clinical Study On the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia by the way of TURP

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the advantages and disadvantages of transurethral resection of prostate （ TURP） for benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH）. Methods 62 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent TURP surgical treatment and analyse the clinical data. Results The cases of operative time （ 53. 8 ± 21. 2） min; blood loss （ 397. 4 ± 142. 7） ml,resection of the organization an average of （ 26. 8 ± 5. 6） g,time of postoperative continuous bladder irrigation （ 36. 2 ± 5. 2） h,indwelling catheter time （ 5. 2 ± 1. 1） d,length of stay （ 7. 8 ± 1. 6） d,TUR syndrome occurred in 2 cases （ 3. 2% ） ,bleeding in 7 cases （ 11. 3% ）. After 2 months of IPSS,QOL,RUV,and Qmax,compared with the preoperation,difference was statistically significant （ P lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion TURP is a good treatment for BPH; the curative effect is good; It is a safe and ideal surgery with fast recovery and less complications.
