心肺脑复苏115例分析

目的 探讨呼吸心搏骤停患者的临床特点及救治经验，以提高急救水平，提高心肺脑复苏成功率。方法 回顾性分析我科1992年1月至2004年12月十二年间院内及院外急救的115例呼吸心搏骤停患者的临床资料，初步分析急救措施与预后的关系。结果 115例呼吸心搏骤停患者中，初步复苏成功26例，最终复苏成功仅2例，复苏成功率分别为22．5％、1．74％。1992年至2000年间复苏成功率较低，初步复苏成功率为9．68％，最终复苏成功率为0。2001年至2004年间复苏成功率明显提高。初步复苏成功率为37．74％，最终复苏成功率为3．77％。结论 呼吸心搏骤停患者抢救成功率与抢救人员专业水平、抢救措施是否正确、抢救开始时间是否及时、对室颤者能否早期除颠、气道通畅与气管插管时机把握、患者原发病是否可逆等因素相关。

Analysis of cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation in 115 cases

Objective By reviewing the clinical characteristic and resuscitation experience of breath and cardiac arrest patients, to improve emergency treatment and ratio of successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods A retrospective analysis of 115 breath and cardiac arrest patients resuscitated in and out of our hospital from January 1992 to December 2004 was carried out, a preliminary analysis of the relation between method of rescue and effect of treatment as well. Results in 115 breath and cardiac arrest cases, initial resuscitation was successful in 26 cases, final resuscitation was successful only in 2 cases, The successful ratio of initial resuscitation was 22.51%, but the final was 1.74%. The successful ratio of resuscitation was lower in 1992-2000, and its initial rate 9.68%, but the final rate was 0 only. The successful ratio of resuscitation was obviously improved during 2001-2004, the initial rate was 37.74%, and the final rate was 3.77%. Conclusions The success ratio in resuscitation breath and cardiac arrest cases is closely related to the rescuers' skill, method of rescue and the time to, early defibrillation for ventricular fibrillation, free circulation of the airway and Seizing the right time to trachea intubation, and primary disease.
