姜黄素对异丙肾上腺素诱发大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:观察姜黄素对由大剂量异丙肾上腺素(Iso)诱发大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的保护作用。方法:以大剂量异丙肾上腺素诱发大鼠心肌缺血性损伤为模型,观察iv或ip 10~40mg,kg~(-1)姜黄素的大鼠心肌缺血后体内多项生化指标的变化,这些指标包括ECG中的J点下移mv数,血清中的肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性及游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量,心肌组织中脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量,血清及心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:用药后的大鼠体内由于心肌缺血损伤导致的血清中CPK、LDH、GOT活性和FFA含量及心肌组织中MDA含量的升高幅度均显著下降,ECG中的J点下移也明显减轻。结论:姜黄素可提高大鼠心肌耐缺血能力,对Iso诱发的大鼠心肌缺血性损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of curcumin on isoproterenol induced myocardial ischemic injury in rat. Methods; Use ing over-dosage isoproterenol to induce myocardeal ischmic injury in rat. The protection of curcumin 10~40 mg. kg-1 intravenously or intropesctaniatly was valued by observing the change of the several indexs in isoproterenol-induced myocardial ischemic injury rat. The indexs include the activity of serum creatine phosphoric ki nase (CPK ). lactic dehydrogenase ( (LDH). glutamic - oxalacetic transaminase (GOT ). the content of serum free fatty acid(FFA) and myocardial lipid oxidation product malondealdehyde(MDA). the J point in ECG. Results:The increasion of CPK. LDH. GOT activity, serum FFA and myocardisl MDA content were all significantly depressed by curcumin. The decline of J point in ECG was obviously lightened too. Conclusion:Curcumin have some protective effects on isoproterenol- induced myocardial ischemic injury in rat.
