| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的方法与临床效果。方法回顾性总结经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术33例共40侧手术资料。结果33例患者共行40侧手术,术后6个月后冲洗泪道通畅者36侧(90%),1a后冲洗通畅者35侧(87.5%),5侧通畅度不满意(12.5%)。结论正确选择适应证及与眼科医生的密切合作可以提高鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊吻合术的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the effects of endoscopic rhinodacryocystostomy on chronic dacryocystitis. Methods] 33 cases (40 operations) on endoscopic rhinodacryocystostomy were studied retrospectively. Results] After 1 year followe-up, 35(87.8%) of 40 operations had good results, and the other 5 (12.5%) were not satisfactory. Conclusions] Choosing patients correctly and cooperating with oculolist will raise the effects of endoscopic rhinodacryocystostomy. |
