解毒醒脑合剂的薄层鉴别研究

摘    要:目的建立解毒醒脑合剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别解毒醒脑合剂中的三七、白芍、黄连。结果解毒醒脑合剂三七、白芍、黄连薄层色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;且斑点圆整,分离度好,易于区别。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、专属性强,可作为解毒醒脑合剂的质量控制方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To establish thin layer chromatography (TLC)method of jiedu xingnao mixture. Methods TLC was used to identify Sanqi (Radix et rhizoma notoginseng) , Baishao (Radix paeoniae alba) and Huanglian( Rhizoma Coptidis) in jiedu xingnao mixture. Results In the color spectrum of TLC of Sanqi( Radix et rhizoma notoginseng), Baishao (Radix paeoniae alba)and Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis)in jiedu xingnao mixture, the same color dots were obtained in the corresponding positions of the color spectrums of control drugs. The dots were round and regular and good in resolution, which was he differentiated easily. Conclusion The method established is simple, sensitive and strong in selectivity, and can be used as one of the means for the quality control of jiedu xingnao mixture.
