妊娠期口腔保健对预防妊娠期牙龈炎的效果

目的 探讨妊娠期口腔保健对预防妊娠期牙龈炎的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2022年12月我院选择口腔检查的妊娠期产妇98例,分为两组,对照组选择常规健康教育干预,研究组选择口腔保健干预。结果 与对照组比,研究组牙龈疾病的发生率较低(P＜0.05)；研究组的牙周指标情况更好(P＜0.05)；研究组口腔保健知识的认知率更高(P＜0.05)。结论 妊娠期口腔保健对预防妊娠期牙龈炎的效果更加显著,可以有效降低牙龈疾病的发生率,改善牙周指标,提高对口腔保健知识的整体认知率,值得推广。

Effect of oral health care during pregnancy on preventing gingivitis during pregnancy

Objective To explore the effect of oral health care during pregnancy on the prevention of gingivitis during pregnancy. Methods A total of 98 pregnant women, selected for oral examination from January 2022 to December 2022, were divided into two groups, the control group selected routine health education intervention, and the research group chose oral health intervention. Results Lower prevalence of gingival disease in the control group (P <0.05); better periodontal indicators (P <0.05); and higher awareness of oral health knowledge (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of oral health care during pregnancy is more significant on the prevention of oral gingivitis in pregnancy, which can effectively reduce the incidence of gingival disease, improve periodontal indicators, and improve the overall cognition rate of oral health knowledge, which is worthy of promotion.
