解毒化癥汤对瘀热互结证子宫腺肌病痛经的临床疗效观察

目的]探讨解毒化癥汤对瘀热互结证子宫腺肌病痛经的临床疗效。方法]将130例瘀热互结证子宫腺肌病患者按门诊就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组65例，治疗组给予解毒化癥汤口服，对照组给予散结镇痛胶囊口服，连续服用3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后子宫体积、糖类抗原125(CA125)、痛经症状积分等指标。结果]治疗组患者治疗后子宫体积小于治疗前，亦小于对照组，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；治疗组患者血清CA125水平低于治疗前，亦低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后痛经积分均低于治疗前（P<0.01），治疗组患者治疗后痛经积分低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗组有效率90.8%，对照组有效率67.7%，两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论]解毒化癥汤对瘀热互结证子宫腺肌病痛经有较好疗效，能有效改善痛经症状，降低血清CA125、减小子宫体积。

Clinical efficacy of Jiedu Huazheng Decoction on dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis with syndrome of intermingled blood stasis and heat

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Huazheng Decoction on dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis with syndrome of intermingled blood stasis and heat.Methods] The 130 patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups,65 patients in each group. Patients were treated by Jiedu Huazheng Decoction in treatment group and Sanjie Analgesic Capsule in control group for 3 months;then the uterine volume,CA125,the dysmenorrhea symptom score and efficacy were compared.Results] After treatment,the uterine volume of the treatment group was smaller than that before,and also smaller than that of the control group statistically(P<0.01). The serum CA125 level and the symptoms score of dysmenorrheal of the treatment group were significantly decreased after intervention (P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment and control group was 90.8% and 67.7% respectively,with statistical differences(P<0.01).Conclusion] Jiedu Huazheng Decoction can provide accurate effect for adenomyosis with syndrome of intermingled blood stasis and heat,can effectively alleviate the symptom of dysmenorrheal and reduce CA125 and uterine volume.
