成都市2008-2010年医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

目的分析我市2008-2010年医疗机构消毒质量监测情况,为医疗机构消毒质量监测、指导、培训提供依据和对策。方法按辖区分工对全市医疗机构进行消毒质量监测,数据录入Ep idata数据库,采用Excel进行统计分析。结果全市医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率从96.5%升至98.3%(P<0.01),除社区卫生服务中心下降外,监测家次数和样品项次数逐年上升;基层医疗机构监测合格率低于医院,中医医院消毒质量监测合格率从99.5%下滑至97.4%,中西医结合医院和专科医院也相对薄弱;不合格监测项目主要集中在紫外线辐照度值、空气、医护人员手等。结论我市医疗机构消毒质量监测网的工作逐年强化,要针对薄弱对象和环节,加强培训、指导、监测和资料利用,杜绝医院感染隐患,确保医疗质量和安全。

Surveillance and analysis on disinfection quality of medical institutions in Chengdu from 2008 to 2010
