| 摘 要： | 目的分析2009-2010年内蒙古自治区(内蒙古)疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)的发生特征,评价内蒙古AEFI监测系统运转状况、预防接种服务质量和疫苗安全性。方法通过疑似预防接种异常反应监测信息管理系统收集2009-2010年内蒙古报告的AEFI个案数据,以描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2009-2010年内蒙古共报告AEFI643例,男性多于女性,比例为1.26∶1.00;一般反应534例,占83.05%,异常反应91例,占14.15%;3～5、10～12月为发病高峰期;0岁组报告最多为146例,占22.71%;麻疹疫苗报告最多为271例,占42.15%;发热/红肿/硬结报告数349例,占54.28%;接种后1d内发生AEFI487例,占75.74%;48h内报告率为89.11%,48h内调查率为96.27%。结论监测系统运行良好,2010年灵敏度较2009年明显上升;全区使用疫苗安全性较好,预防接种服务质量良好;48h内报告率有待提高。
